There are three main ways:

  1. You will receive an email notification
    We need you to ensure that you have a device that can receive email notifications, and that your emails are sent to you real-time. If you know you don’t always receive email notifications, please check your emails frequently. At least 1x day or 1x weekly.

  2. We will prompt you to update your status order after 5 business days
    After you’ve received your order, we are looking out for you to advise that it is ready to collect by our couriers. You can reply to the email you receive advising it is ready for collection, or you can log in and update the order. If we do not see this happen over 5 or so days, we will send an email to you. If we receive no response, we will have to cancel the order and notify the Mom/Buyer unfortunately.

  3. You will see a new order in your vendor dashboard
    We know you lead busy lives, and we thank you for taking the time to join us on our platform. You can log in at any time and check your vendor dashboard. You will see “new order” (pictured below).

What to do when I receive an order / ‘sold’ notification?

When someone purchases from you, you will be notified by email. The easiest method is to reply to the email you will receive from boymomstt advising that your item is ready to be collected. Remember to clean, sanitize and package your item presentably.

You will know the buyer by logging into your account (like above) to receive the client name. Place the client name, and contact number on the package for collection by the courier. You must write legibly. It can be written with a permanent marker and masking tape, or it can be stapled on. The only requests are:

  • Add the client name and phone number
  • Ensure it can be easily seen and read
